Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non refundable after confirmation of received booking , if cancellation is received within eight weeks of arrival date all full balances will be due for full payment unless places are filled .
Ordered Bait , tackle hire and food payments are non refundable , with full balances payable on arrival .
We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance in the event of unforeseen cancellations etc. Any refunds at the lake will be made in credit form only .Credit card details will be taken on all bookings with authority to take full outstanding balances in the event of cancellations within the stated periods. All principal party organisers will be responsible for making full payment for all booked members of their party.
